Initiate Your Request
Log into your Amazon Flex account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a pre-paid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the pre-paid label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or schedule a free carrier pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
